Our client is well-respected, firm of Quantity Surveyors & Project Managers, seeking an energetic and confident Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team based from their Ely office. The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will support the surveying team throughout the quantity surveying process.

This is a fantastic opportunity to learn from industry exports and work on a range of projects across the residential/commercial sectors, with values ranging from £100k to £500 million. With an emphasis on staff satisfaction, our client offers a competitive package with 25 days holiday excluding the Christmas shutdown, Hybrid working and APC support available.

Assistant Quantity Surveyor Position Overview
* Assist with pre-contract services (Measuring, production of pricing, tendering).
* Aid the team with post-contract services (Manage/administer sub-contractor payments, track project spends).
* Support with final accounts (Production/Agreement of accounts, Preparation of financial reports, final accounts and claim documents).

Assistant Quantity Surveyor Position Requirements
* A qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction or similar.
* Industry experience preferred but not essential.
* Need to be willing to commute to Ely.
* Open to graduates / college leavers with a Degree, HNC / HND etc.
* Communicate effectively or build good working relationships.
