Job Title: Teaching Assistant-Grimsby-Academics
Location: Gainsborough,
Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time (term time only)
Are you passionate about supporting young people in their learning journey?
Key Responsibilities:
Support students in lessons across a range of subjects, helping them to achieve their full potential.
Provide 1:1 or small group support, both in and out of the classroom.
Assist in the development of tailored learning plans for students with additional needs.
Work collaboratively with teachers to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Promote positive behaviour and encourage student engagement.
The Ideal Candidate:
Has a genuine passion for working with young people.
Holds a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or is willing to work towards it).
Is patient, empathetic, and able to communicate effectively with students of all abilities.
Can work well as part of a team and is flexible in their approach.
Prior experience in a school setting is desirable, but not essential.
