Are you passionate about transforming a house into a home for children in need? Our client is expanding and has an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and driven Registered Manager to lead one of their children's homes.

As a Registered Manager, you'll lead and inspire your team, ensuring the children in your care receive the best possible support, nurturing role models, and a true sense of home.

The home is based in Stapleford a small, charming town in Nottinghamshire, offering a blend of community spirit and easy access to nearby Nottingham. Stapleford enjoys convenient transport links with regular bus services to Nottingham, easy access to the M1 motorway, and proximity to nearby train stations for wider regional connections.

What you'll need:
•A minimum of 5 years of experience in children's residential care.
•At least 2 years of management experience.
•NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce.
•Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare.
•A track record of achieving Good or Outstanding ratings in recent Ofsted inspections.
