Staff Selection are currently working with our market leading client in Elland, who are now looking to add to their team with a Client Administrator.
You will be working as part of a large office team who share various responsibilities as well as having your own individual work load. You will be responsible for:-
- Building strong relationships with allocated clients.
- Processing clients requests on internal system, inclusive of client specific requests.
- Print relevant paperwork to orders and for couriers.
- Completing reports for clients.
- Monitoring, processing and reporting on any clients back orders.
- Typing various documents (certificates, client specifics).
- Managing an email inbox effectively and efficiently, ensuring nothing is missed.
Requirements of the role:-
- Experience working in an office environment.
- You must be a real team player and support all team member where required.
- You must be organised and have a strategic thought process.
- Ability to prioritise work load.
- You must have a keen eye for detail.
Your working week will be Monday to Friday.
