Administrator required to join our building services client and team in their Hamilton office. The administrator will be highly organised with excellent communication skills to efficiently manage engineers and subcontractors’ schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently coordinate the schedules of engineers and subcontractors.

Oversee the input and output using CAFM systems.
Handle a significant volume of incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
Provide prompt and courteous responses to email and telephone inquiries.
Requirements:

Proven background in administration or a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel & Outlook).
Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred: Experience with CAFM systems like elog and Concerto, as well as subcontractor coordination.
