Administrator, Hamilton, £14.40 per hour, Temp to Perm + Training & Progression Opportunities + Onsite Parking!
Administrator required to join a client who are critical to the supply chain of the financial service sector. The Administrator will play pivotal role as part of a site-based team ensuring the smooth running and efficient handling/coordinating customer orders working alongside the Warehouse Manager.
Administrator’s Key Responsibilities:
* Maintaining emails and queries from clients (queries are around deliveries and stock related items).
* Working in the Warehouse Facility handling orders via email alongside the Warehouse Manager.
* Maintaining client relationships with customers and vendors.
Administrator’s Requirements:
* Computer Literate – Excel (Basic) Office 365.
* Communication skills both verbally and written/email.
* Time management and highly organised.
* Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
* General understanding of stock/inventory would be an advantage.
Applications are invited from Administrators who have a tried and tested working in a warehouse environment, preferably with experience carrying out administration duties connected to the running of the warehouse operationally and ability to support colleagues’ site wide.
