We are looking for an experienced Sales recruitment consultant with a strong background in the HR recruitment sector to join our team to recruit a broad range of sales roles across our client base.

What would day to day duties involve?

Identify opportunities for business expansion and growth within the sales sector, leveraging existing client relationships and generating new business leads
Collaborate with colleagues and senior management to develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive revenue and market share
Build strong and effective relationships with existing clients and new business clients to place candidates into work
Maintain up to date knowledge and in-depth expertise of the external recruitment market
Ensure the quality of all candidate interactions and interviews are of a high standard
Develop a plan to meet the future recruitment needs of our clients
Comfortable managing the end to end recruitment process
Search and identify marketable candidates
Be adaptable to the needs of clients
