Are you interested in working directly for an end client and delivering exciting projects?

TSA Surveying is representing a forward-thinking end client with a significant national estate. This company is heavily involved in projects at major UK airports, city centre locations, and strategic sites near healthcare facilities.

They are seeking an experienced Associate Project Manager/Building Surveyor to oversee new builds and refurbishment projects from inception to completion. You will collaborate with external consultants and contractors, ensuring adherence to concept designs. The company regularly acquires properties for refurbishment and rebranding, typically investing between £500k and £2m per project. In addition, they have seven multi-million-pound new build projects in the pipeline. While MRICS or MCIOB credentials are valued, they are not essential for this role.

The company prides itself on its great culture, emphasizing the social aspects of work with multiple office events each year and a relaxed atmosphere. This positive environment is reflected in their high staff retention rate, with employees often staying with the company for many years. They also offer a very competitive salary and benefits package, making this an excellent opportunity for those seeking a role outside of a consultancy.
