We are seeking an experienced Customer Account Manager to manage client relationships and ensure contractual obligations are met. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving growth, influencing key stakeholders, and identifying risks. You will work in a fast-paced environment, leading account management and development activities while collaborating closely with internal teams.
Who This Job Would Suit:
This role is ideal for a self-driven individual with a strong commercial acumen and a background in account management. You should be comfortable managing complex client relationships, negotiating business terms, and influencing at the highest levels of organisations. Experience in engineering or manufacturing processes would be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all aspects of customer account relationships, ensuring service excellence.
Resolve commercial, supply chain, and engineering challenges with customers.
Expand existing accounts by identifying new business areas and opportunities.
Collaborate with engineering and NPI teams to align customer activities and goals.
Ensure compliance with customer contracts and the company's commercial agreements. Requirements.
Proven experience in Sales / Account Management role
Experience within Engineering or Manufacturing environment
Confident communication with all levels of seniority.
Strong commercial knowledge - contract review, budget control, RFQ management, forecasting.
Location - Burnley
Salary - circa £45k - £50k (dependent on experience)
Benefits - 31 days hols (inc BH), 4% pension, Health cash plan, fuel mileage for any business travel.
Permanent - 39 hours per week, 0745am-1700pm (Mon-Thurs), 0745am - 1300pm (Fri).
