My client are a family run solicitors with multiple office across Somerset. They are looking to employ a conveyancing assistant to join their Taunton office on a full time, permanent basis .

Effectively maintaining and managing housekeeping of your file management including accurate use of our case management system in accordance with the firm’s procedures.
Using a variety of software to support our case management system including Microsoft Word and 365, Outlook and Excel to produce correspondence, documents, presentations, records and accounts.
Diary management, together with booking appointments/meetings. Attending meetings where necessary and assist in note taking. Creating, photocopying and printing of documents
