Location: Cardiff
Contract: 6-Month Rolling
Outside Ir35 or CIS
Are you an experienced Site Manager with a background in highway surfacing projects? We are looking for a dynamic individual to lead and manage a small team on a rolling 6-month contract, based in Cardiff.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of highway surfacing projects.
Manage a small, skilled team to deliver projects on time and to the highest standard.
Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are adhered to.
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless execution.
Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Troubleshoot any issues that arise and implement effective solutions.Requirements:
Proven experience in managing highway surfacing projects.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations in the construction industry.
Ability to manage budgets and resources efficiently.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.What We Offer:
