SEN Teacher for KS3-5 Lifeskills, English & PSHE
Are you passionate about empowering young adults with special educational needs (SEN) to achieve independence and success in their future lives? We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate KS3-5 SEN Teacher to join our forward-thinking team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons in Lifeskills, English, and PSHE to KS3-5 students with a range of special educational needs.
* Develop and implement engaging and practical curricula that focus on real-world applications and prepare students for life beyond school.
* Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including teaching assistants, therapists, and external professionals, to create a supportive and personalized learning environment.
* Regularly assess and track student progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs and goals.
* Foster a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages confidence, independence, and a love for learning.
