Responsibilities
Greet and seat customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes.
Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items and specials.
Ensure the dining area is clean and well-organized throughout service.
Monitor guests' needs and provide timely service to enhance their dining experience.
Handle cash and credit transactions securely and accurately.
Requirements
Previous experience as a server or bartender in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Strong knowledge of food and beverage pairings and menu items.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
Must possess a valid food handling permit and responsible beverage service certification.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A positive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service.
