Job Description

Wynn Resorts is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic Marketing Department. The ideal candidate will be proficient in data analysis, segmentation, and reporting techniques to support various marketing initiatives. The Data Analyst will play a crucial role in optimizing marketing strategies, enhancing revenue generation, and leveraging data insights to drive business growth. This position will be based in Las Vegas and it will be an in-person role.

Job Responsibilities:

Support the Marketing Department in the areas of budgeting, marketing audience list segmentation, performance analysis, reporting, data modeling, revenue enhancement & data mining.

Present information to the Marketing Team and provide strategy recommendations based upon analysis.

Collaborate with the Digital Media Team on channel performance and determine opportunities for optimization and new audience segmentation use cases.

Maintain ongoing key performance reporting as well as answering more difficult questions through advanced data mining techniques.

Collaborate with external partners on new Google Analytics 4 account setup.

Provide and initiate ad-hoc analyses to answer key business questions and explain trends/anomalies.

Setup and utilize Segment CDP. This will include setting up Sources and Destinations, Persona Management, Audience Segmentation, and more.
