We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our vibrant senior living communities and services! As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll be the key player in finding the crème de la crème in the talent market.

Your Mission:

Uncovering hidden gems in the vast sea of candidates

Partner with our managers to understand the secret ingredients needed for each role

Craft job ads so irresistible that candidates will be lining up around the block

Transform our applicant tracking system and hiring practices into lean, mean, hiring machines

Manage open requisitions in our applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring it operates smoothly and automates recruiting tasks to streamline the process

Build a talent pipeline so robust, that it could power a small city

Screen a high volume of resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural add

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Talent Acquisition

Build a network by attending job fairs, school career fairs, and hosting career expos in our communities

You can juggle multiple tasks

You are tech-savvy and can tame any ATS that dares cross your path

Your interpersonal skills are so good, you could befriend a grumpy cat

You have experience in using recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement and inform decision-making

Willing to work in a hybrid environment and travel up to 30%
