Hiring a skilled and experienced Sewer and Drain Technician to join our team!As a Sewer and Drain Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining sewer and drainage systems in residential and commercial settings. Your expertise will ensure the efficient and effective flow of wastewater and prevent potential hazards caused by clogged or malfunctioning sewer lines. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused approach to deliver exceptional service.We are offering between $18 and $35 per hour, depending on your previous experience!

Responsibilities:

Perform sewer and drain system inspections using specialized equipment, such as video cameras, to identify blockages, leaks, or other issues.

Diagnose and troubleshoot sewer and drain system problems, including clogs, pipe damage, tree root intrusion, and sewer line collapses.

Conduct repairs and replacements of damaged or malfunctioning sewer and drainage components, including pipes and fittings.

Utilize appropriate tools and equipment, such as drain snakes, hydro-jetting machines and trenchless repair systems, to complete repairs and maintenance tasks.

Maintain accurate records of inspections, diagnoses, repairs, and service calls, ensuring that all documentation is complete and up-to-date.

Collaborate with customers to explain the cause of sewer and drain issues, discuss repair options, and provide estimates for repair or replacement work.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns, answering questions, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the service process.

Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations while working with hazardous materials, using protective gear, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Stay updated with industry trends, advancements, and best practices related to sewer and drainage systems to enhance knowledge and skills.

Collaborate with team members, including plumbers and other technicians, to coordinate and execute complex projects or handle emergency situations.

Requirements

2 Years of Plumbing, or Sewer & Drain Cleaning Experience

Valid Driver's License & Clean Driving Record
