The Role

You will diagnose and repair residential drain systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions.

Responsibilities:

What Will I Do?

Complete assigned calls or in-shop repairs in a professional manner and to the best of his/her ability.

Complete required warranty information.

Promote the sale of other products, service, or work with each client including service agreements.

Complete time cards and inventory sheets daily.

Perform plumbing-related tasks when required.

Maintain communication with internal teams.

Properly maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment.

Accountable for meeting goals, following work rules, and proper conduct.

Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.

Have or be willing to get the proper certifications. (We can help you with this!)

Qualifications:

Do I Have What It Takes?

Valid driver's license to drive company vehicle.

Experience operating a jetting machine (strongly preferred)

Excellent listening, decision making and troubleshooting Skills

Detail Oriented

Obtained or working toward Plumbing License
