We are looking for a motivated and proactive junior Sales Account Manager to be based from their Guildford office. You will be a pivotal role in support their key clients and drive new sales.
As an Sales Account Manager your responsibilities will include –
* Managing accounts for key clients, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring their needs are met.
* Conducting regular client meetings and communication to gather feedback, provide updates, and address any concerns.
* Generating and closing new business sales opportunities
* Providing excellent customer service through phone and in-person interactions, fostering positive relationships with clients.
The successful Sales Account Manager will have the following skills/experience:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
* Previous experience in Sales, Account Management or customer service is preferred
