Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs? Aspire People are seeking LSA's to join a client school in Telford. This specialist through school provides a supportive environment for students with SEMH and challenging behaviours.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the academic, emotional, and social development of students
* Assist with classroom management and provide tailored 1:1 support
* Help create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
* Work closely with teachers and SEN staff to implement individual learning plans
* Encourage positive behaviours and promote self-esteem in pupils
Requirements:
* Experience working with students with SEMH and/or challenging behaviours
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Patience, empathy, and resilience
* Ability to adapt to various situations and student needs
* A passion for helping young people thrive
