HR Coordinator (12-month FTC)
Our client is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to support the People & Culture operations, working within a team of 6, on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.
HR Coordinator (12-month FTC) Responsibilities
This position will involve, but will not be limited to:
Provide administration of all processes across the employee life cycle including new starters, contractual changes, leavers, absence and references
Manage the HR mailbox ensuring timely and professional responses in line with policies and procedures
Update employee records on the HRIS system, ensuring compliance with UK data protection legislation
Provide support to the Payroll team for data on starters, leavers, changes, absence etc.
Oversee day-to-day management of all employee benefit administration, including raising Purchase Orders
Support the HR Advisors and HR Partners with employee relations casework by arranging meetings and notetaking as required
Work with the Reward and People Operations Manager on the annual reward process
