Our client, a forward-thinking, future-focused firm with a worldwide presence, is seeking an experienced Sustainability Manager to spearhead their sustainability strategy across the UK and beyond. This is a permanent, hybrid role that offers the perfect blend of flexibility and dynamic collaboration.
What You'll Do:
Lead and manage sustainability initiatives to meet ambitious targets and commitments.
Drive organisational engagement by embedding sustainability practices throughout the business.
Clearly communicate the sustainability vision, strategy, and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with global teams and clients to reduce emissions and environmental impact.
Prepare and present reports, and manage relationships with key stakeholders.
Support sustainability committees and internal champions to drive change.
Offer your expertise on sustainability matters at industry forums and external events.
What You'll Bring:
2-3 years of experience in sustainability and environmental management.
Proven success in project management and driving sustainability initiatives.
Strong ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver results in tight timeframes.
Deep awareness of climate change and sustainability issues and their relevance to global business.
Experience working with diverse, multi-location teams and stakeholders of varying seniority.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building strong business relationships.
Expertise in data analysis and management, with experience in external sustainability reporting.
A hands-on, proactive approach to workload management.
