Oldbury

£13- £15 Per Hour DOE

Monday- Thursday 7.15am- 4.30pm Friday 7.15am- 12.30pm

Full Time, Permanent

The Role:

Operating numerous machines and tools pertinent to the manufacture of plastic products. Utilising numerous tools including: CNC Routing and Milling Machines,
Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications to understand the machining process required for each product.
Conduct first-off inspections and regular quality checks to ensure that products meet strict quality standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues promptly to minimise downtime.
Collaborate with the production team to optimise machining processes and improve productivity.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a CNC Setter
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications would be an advantage
Keen attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
