This user-friendly system is central to their operations and easy to learn. You'll ensure timely updates and maintain compliance with customer SLAs. Additionally, you'll support our help desk manager in arranging jobs and tackle various ad-hoc tasks. The ideal candidate is process-driven and tenacious, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. You'll be the primary point of contact for clients, managing communication between our central service team and customers. Your role is vital in maintaining customer excellence and business profitability.
Package:
* £24,000 PA, DOE
