About the role:
As a KS2 Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journey of our students. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons that inspire and challenge pupils, ensuring that each child reaches their full potential. Your creativity and enthusiasm will be key to developing a stimulating learning environment that fosters curiosity and a love for learning.
You will work closely with a dedicated team of educators, sharing best practices and contributing to the continuous improvement of the school’s curriculum. Your role will involve planning and assessing lessons, tracking student progress, and working with parents and guardians to support each child’s development.
Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching Key Stage 2 students is preferred but not essential.
• A passion for education and a commitment to student development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons that align with the national curriculum for Key Stage 2.
• Assess and monitor students’ progress, providing constructive feedback and targeted support where needed.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love for learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the development of the school’s curriculum.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to support students’ academic and personal growth.
