About the role:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated KS2 Teacher to join this fantastic school in Barnet. You will be responsible for leading a Year 3 or Year 4 class, depending on your experience and preference, and will be supported by a Teaching Assistant in the classroom. The role is full-time and long-term, starting as soon as possible, offering you the chance to settle into the school community and make a lasting impact on the lives of your students. As a KS2 Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and creative lessons that cater to the varying needs of your students, helping them to reach their full potential. Application Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

• Experience teaching in a primary school setting, ideally within KS2.

• Ability to plan differentiated lessons to meet the needs of all learners.

• Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create a nurturing learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum.

• Assess and track student progress, providing feedback and support to help each child reach their potential.

• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment, ensuring the well-being and success of all students.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure the best outcomes for your class.

• Support and mentor a Teaching Assistant within your classroom.
