C&B Recruitment are currently searching for an experience Dealer Principal in the Bradford are for a reputable main dealer. This role requires an experience Head of Business who has been a General Manager for more than 5 years within a main dealer.

Key Responsibilities

Leading and managing the business to achieve financial and operational targets

Overseeing all aspects of the dealership, including sales, service, and parts departments

Developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and profitability

Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders

Ensuring compliance with company standards and industry regulations

Qualifications and Skills

Prior experience in a General Manager or Dealer Principal role within the automotive industry

Demonstrated leadership and people management skills

Strong business acumen and ability to drive financial performance

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

Knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
