Are you enthusiastic about the idea of joining the world's largest Monopile Factory? Your contribution will be crucial in building the foundations for a future with Net Zero emissions.

We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee project delivery with a key focus on customer engagement. This role requires being on-site five days a week to provide comprehensive support, attend all meetings, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The Project Manager will work closely with the Commercial Project Manager, playing a vital role in aligning with the customer's increased on-site presence, expected full-time from September 2024, while also managing the demands of other ongoing projects.

They will also be responsible for developing core Project Management systems and procedures that adhere to best practices in offshore wind, overseeing key project elements such as scope, schedule, finance, risk, quality, and resources. The Project Manager will coordinate with all business departments, ensure excellence in project delivery, and maintain close communication with the customer's appointed Engineer. High-level reporting, regular meetings with all stakeholders, timely documentation, and the development of mitigation strategies are also critical aspects of this role.

In return, we can offer an attractive base salary, 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays, a 5% employer pension contribution, Medicash, Private Medical insurance and life insurance.
