The company is a leading manufacturer and distributor of building and plumbing supplies to independent merchants.
The position is on permanent basis.
Job description
Our company is a leading family-run distributor serving plumbers' merchants and builders' merchants across the UK. Our business is at an exciting stage of sustained growth, and we are now looking for a 'Customer Service Coordinator' to join our talented team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and customer-focused sales professional. We are looking for a self-starter with a can-do attitude who thrives on building and maintaining customer relationships.
Ideally, you will have previous experience talking directly to customers to build relationships and grow sales. In this fast-paced role, you will proactively manage all aspects of internal sales and deal with incoming inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
The successful candidate will be:
* A strong communicator with a professional and friendly telephone manner.
* The ability to answer 25+ phone calls per day in a timely and efficient manner.
* Process driven with attention to detail of paramount importance. This relates to a multitude of administrative tasks including order processing, quotations etc.
* IT proficient - Outlook, Excel, Word etc.
* An excellent organiser - multitask and work to deadlines. Manage/prioritise own workload and possess a flexible approach at all times.
* Customer-focused with an ability to work independently but also enjoy working as part of a team.
* Self-motivated and committed with a desire to learn and develop.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £26,190.45-£29,100.51 per year dependent on hours
Hours of work:
* 8am – 5pm or 7am – 5pm
* Monday to Friday
