We are seeking a Qualified Teacher who holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) to join a dedicated SEN primary school in Greenford. This full-time role requires a teacher with QTS to deliver high-quality education to students with special educational needs. The Qualified Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging and adapted lessons to meet the diverse needs of children with complex learning difficulties, including ASD and other associated needs.

As a Qualified Teacher, you will work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to create individualised learning plans and contribute to the overall development of your students. This is a great opportunity to make a real difference in a supportive and well-equipped environment.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Qualified Teacher, plan and deliver tailored lessons designed to meet the specific needs of students with SEN in Greenford.
Work closely with teaching assistants, support staff, and external professionals to ensure each student's learning and development needs are met.
Develop and implement Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs) that track and enhance student progress.
Regularly assess and evaluate student performance, providing feedback and adapting teaching methods as necessary.
Liaise with parents and carers, offering regular updates on pupil progress and addressing any concerns.
The Qualified Teacher will also contribute to whole-school development, participating in regular training and team meetings.Qualifications & Experience:

Required: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Previous experience working in an SEN environment is highly desirable, especially in a primary setting.
A proven track record of successfully managing the educational needs of children with complex learning difficulties.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
