Job Title: FP&A Analyst

Location: Hybrid (2 days either Castle Donnington or Warwick)

Remuneration: Day Rate Inside IR35 Via Umbrella

Contract Details:

- Contract Length: 6 months

Responsibilities:
* Utilise in-depth knowledge of economic and business trends to analyse data and provide insights for forecasting our client's future financial results.
* Review past company performance to identify potential obstacles and anticipate problems.
* Collaborate with their team to develop accurate financial models and forecasts.
* Conduct thorough analysis of financial data, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
* Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and revenue enhancement.
* Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for management.
* Provide recommendations to improve financial performance and support decision-making processes.
* Assist in the development of budgets and financial plans.
* Monitor and analyse financial performance against targets and provide variance analysis.

Our client is seeking a talented FP&A Analyst to join their team for a temporary period of 6 months. As an FP&A Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analysing economic and business trends, reviewing past performance, and providing insights to support forecasting and financial planning.

The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and exceptional attention to detail. You will collaborate with their team to develop accurate financial models and forecasts, ensuring that all analysis is conducted with precision and consideration of relevant factors.

To excel in this role, you should possess excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills. You will be responsible for conducting thorough financial analysis, identifying opportunities for cost optimisation and revenue enhancement, and providing recommendations to improve financial performance.

As an FP&A Analyst, you will prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for management, contributing to the decision-making processes of the organisation. You will also assist in the development of budgets and financial plans, monitoring and analysing financial performance against targets.

Requirements:
* Qualified Accountant - ACCA, ACA, CIMA or Equivalent
* Proven experience as an FP&A Analyst or similar role.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting.
* Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and financial software.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
