The Role:

We are on the lookout for a highly organised, technically adept Audio Visual (AV) Service Engineer to spearhead our client's evolving system support, service, and maintenance department. In this pivotal role, you won't just provide support, you'll be the architect of seamless experiences for their expanding customer base. In this department, you'll have the autonomy to shape your schedule, showcasing your commitment to going the extra mile for every client, and ensuring a first-class level of service.

What They're Looking For:

Technical Expertise: Your knowledge should encompass Crestron, Control4, HDMI matrix systems (DM, Wyrestorm, etc.), TCP/IP Networking (Cisco, ZyXEL), Lighting Control (Crestron, Lutron, Rako), AMX, Polycom and more.

Proven Experience: You're not just familiar, you're seasoned in servicing bespoke AV solutions in end-users homes and sites.

Technical Understanding: Reading wiring designs and schematic drawings is second nature to you.

Organizational Skills: Highly organised and self-motivated, you know how to manage deadlines and workload effectively.

Problem-Solving: Above-average fault-finding skills and the initiative to take ownership of issues.

Attitude: You're not just willing to help; you exude a "can-do" attitude with excellent communication skills, especially in client-facing presentations.

Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong client relationships is your forte.

Technology Proficiency: You're a wizard with Microsoft Office, and you possess a clean UK Driving License.

Punctuality: Your timekeeping skills are impeccable.
