CMA Recruitment Group is currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant/Cashier to work for a busy SME business that are based in Nursling, Hampshire. This role will report into the Financial Controller and work amongst a team of 8.

What will the Accounts Assistant role involve?

Download bank statements.
Prepare banking receipts and payments for allocation.
Post nominal ledger journals ready for allocation.
Carry out daily bank reconciliation.
Prepare any cash and cheque receipts for allocation and banking.
Support Sales Ledger/Purchase Ledger Functions as required.
Suitable Candidate for the Accounts Assistant vacancy:

Effective prioritisation and organisational skills.
Ability to multi-task.
A background working within a finance team.
