Job Title: Customer Service/ Warehouse Assistant

Job Duties:

Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, orders, and product information.
Handle incoming and outgoing shipments in the warehouse, including sorting, packing, and labelling.
Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment.
Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.

Required Qualifications:

Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Ability to work well in a team and independently.
Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
Physical fitness to handle manual tasks in a warehouse setting.

Education:

No specific educational requirements.

Experience:

Prior experience in a customer service or warehouse environment is beneficial but not essential.

Working Conditions:

Work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
Frequent standing, bending, and lifting of heavy objects may be required.
