We are pleased to be working with one of the regions leading Training & Development companies, due to their continued growth they are looking to expand their team.

THE BENEFITS:

43 days annual leave (including bank holidays). We ask that all staff save 7 days to take during the Christmas shut down between Christmas and New Year. Holidays can be requested at any other time of the year (we do not work school term times).

THE ROLE:
To provide a high-quality sales function within the organisation.
To deliver a first-class consultative sales experience to prospects and customers across the range of our client's products and services.
To achieve agreed personal sales targets across the range of products and services.
Develop and deliver sales presentations using a range of media and techniques to achieve successful outcomes.
Maintain regular, effective and timely interventions with all prospects and customers ensuring that all contact is recorded in the CRM.
Manage personal pipeline of opportunities to ensure achievement of personal objectives and contribution to team targets.
Develop business proposals for prospects and customers.
Carry out sales meetings with prospects and customers.
Gather and share intelligence to support the strategic and operational planning for our client
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, co-workers, learners, companies and the public.
Adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to health and safety, and quality management that are applicable to the role.
Arrange and participate in meetings, team events, staff meetings, and open days/events. This includes the taking of minutes when requested by management.
A full driving licence and use of own vehicle is essential as some travelling between sites may be necessary.

Working hours are: Monday - Thursday 8:00 - 4:15 and Friday 8:00 - 4:00. However, we expect a degree of flexibility to meet the demands of the business.

THE CANDIDATE:
Previous sales experience within an educational environment.
Experience of using the full suite of Microsoft Office programmes.
Experience of using other software programmes (e.g. CRM/PICS).
Strong Organisational skills.
Excellent communication skills inc. written, oral, email and telephone.
Meticulous attention to detail and able to maintain confidentiality where required.
Able to meet challenging targets and thrive under pressure.
Flexible and be able to take both a proactive and responsive approach to change.
Commitment to health & safety and equality of opportunity within a diverse. workplace.
Ability to work to quality standards.
