Konnect Recruit are currently looking for a Senior Site Manager for a National house Builder on the South Coast
Salary And Benefits:
* Salary up to negotiation depending on experience

Requirements:
* Black CSCS Card
* SMSTS
* First Aid
* Volume house building experience
Role and responsibilities:
* To plan and coordinate complex daily and weekly activities in excess of 4 weeks in advance, including resources and labour in line with project information and the construction programme.
* To plan a wide range of complex tasks in an integrated manner that illustrates how they are interlinked and interdependent. Be able to update plans on a day to day basis depending on the immediate needs of the project and record any impact on the larger programme.
* To organise informal day-to-day meetings with Assistants, Section, Finishing and/or Sub-contractor Managers and proactively contribute to more formal weekly and monthly planning and progress meetings.
* To manage your team in line with HR (Human Resources) policies and the Company values.
* To manage and maintain the site to a high standard and to ensure that team members, including Subcontractors, conduct themselves appropriately at all times.
* To maintain an awareness of the financial status of the project throughout its duration to minimise financial risk and maximise profit gains.
* To be responsible for project wide procurement across delegated sections of the project.
