Renowned for delivering super prime residential projects across London and the South, our client has recently secured a landmark project and is now seeking a skilled Site Manager to join their team.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a large Grade II listed refurbishment of a private residence near Andover. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives on-site, driving forward the programme, and ensuring top-tier build quality.

Key Requirements:

* Experience: Minimum of 5 years in delivering refurbishments and high-end residential builds.

* Certifications: Valid SMSTS and First Aid certification are mandatory.

* Location: Must be based within an hour’s commute of Andover.

* Skills: Strong leadership, attention to detail, and a passion for quality craftsmanship.
