What will the role involve?

Coordinating and overseeing a range of business projects which span across IT and Systems as well as Commercial, Procurement and Supply Chain operations
Managing projects to implement new IT systems, overseeing all stages from initial concept / planning through to development, training, user acceptance testing and go-live support
Planning projects through appropriate Project Management methodologies (such as Agile or Waterfall), tracking project progress and managing risks
Partnering with the wider business to develop strong stakeholder relationships and drive projects forward
Ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget

Ideal Skills and Experience

Proven experience in a Project Coordinator / Project Manager role OR hands-on experience working in a project driven operational role
Working knowledge of project management principles
Strong commercial acumen
Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
Proven stakeholder engagement abilities
Strong systems / IT skillsWe would particularly love to hear from individuals with SAP Key User experience and/or those who have had experience working on business system implementation / upgrades
