Team Coordinator / Scheduler

£26,500 + Bonus

Our client, a market leading niche engineering business, is looking for a team coordinator as part of that growth. The successful candidate will be highly organised, have great administration skills and be comfortable in a role which will be busy and involve a lot of internal communications, particularly in the organisation and scheduling of remote staff. The key duties will involve: -

Ensuring scheduling is carried out and that client needs are met
Ensuring the system is kept up to date with client requirements and that those added to the schedule
Ensuring RAMS and other relevant documentation is on the system before the engineer’s visit
Documenting the result of the visit, adding relevant service documentation, etc to the system
Being a point of contact in the office for clients, ensuring that any queries are dealt with in a prompt and professional manner

The role would suit someone who has a combination of skills across administration, coordination and customer service. The successful candidate is likely to be able to demonstrate: -

Significant administration skills, as a key part of their internal team
Ability to deal with customers and internal staff alike, dealing with any problems and queries as they happen
Ability to learn their systems to ensure accurate records management
Strong relationship building skills
Ability to produce reports with excellent knowledge of MS Office
Any experience of scheduling staff, particularly those who work in a field-based capacity would be extremely useful.
