Responsibilities:

Develop and implement individualised education plans (IEPs) for students with SEN.
Adapt teaching methods and resources to meet the diverse needs of students
collaborate with other teachers, support staff and parents to monitor and support student progress
stay current with best practices and developments in SEN education
foster a positive, inclusive and safe learning environment. Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with relevant SEN experience
Strong understanding of various SEN conditions and effective teaching strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
