Currently looking for a Finishing / Site manager to join my client on a 300+ unit residential apartment project (main contractor). My client are delivering this scheme and require a permanent or long term self-employed Site Manager. The role would take the apartments from 1st fix through to handover and the initial project would have a 2 year duration. SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid all standard requirements
