The Opportunity:

As the Pre Construction Manager you'll spearhead growth by strategically pursuing new business opportunities while strengthening ties with existing clients. Your goal? To develop winning proposals that perfectly match client needs and with the best fit solutions.

Collaborating closely with the Sales Director and various in-house teams—from Business Development to Design and Operations—you'll ensure the success of every project. With the Data Centre market expected to grow by 8% annually through 2030, your role is crucial to their plan to double our turnover in this sector over the next five years.

Our client oversee M&E Consultation, Design & Installation on site for Data-Centre Builders Multi-Nationally. Your role will be to ensure new project tender and win, managing the client from early conception through to Operations handover.
