About the role:
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant (TA) to join our dynamic team. • Experience working with Key Stage 2 students is desirable.

• Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.
• Relevant qualifications or a willingness to undertake training.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide tailored support to students in Key Stage 2, focusing on boosters and interventions.
• Assist in planning and delivering engaging and effective learning activities.
• Work closely with the SENCO to support students with special educational needs.
• Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
