Job Title: Maintenance Technician

* Salary: £45,000 - £50,000
* Shift: Static 05:00 – 14:00 (Mon-Fri) to start then move onto 2 shift

Company description:
We are working with an established company who specialise in food manufacturing. They are recruiting for a Maintenance Technician to join their team for circa £50,000.
Duties and responsibilities as a Maintenance Technician:
* Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
* Maintain all high-speed plant machinery
* Liaise with suppliers to order spares and parts
* Attending to reactive breakdowns
* Electrical and mechanical repairs
* Quality checks to understand the reasons for machine breakdowns
* Follow company’s Hygiene, Environment, Health and Safety policies, systems, and safe working practices.
Skills and experience required as a Maintenance Technician:
* Performed maintenance on high-speed machinery
* PLC understanding
* Food or Pharmaceutical Industry background
* Able to read and interpret both electrical schematic and mechanical technical drawings
