* Requires excellent analytical skills and the ability to analyse and resolve problems at all levels;

* To quickly identify roadblocks to the project and mechanisms for removing them;

* Able to work within temporary project structures;

* Be able to manage technically complex programs from concept to completion, achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction;

* Establish budget and monitoring;

* Establish measures, reviews, attendees, escalation criteria and structure;

* Ensure Gardner project management systems are used on all projects
