A renowned Property Consultancy is actively recruiting a Project Manager at Graduate/ Assistant level in Birmingham.

THE COMPANY:

The client is a dynamic construction consultancy, providing project management and quantity surveying services on construction projects across the UK. Sectors include Hotels, Leisure, Residential and Commercial.

THE POSITION:

They are actively looking to recruit a Graduate/ Assistant Project Manager to work alongside a team of experienced Chartered professionals and get involved in a range of projects from inception to completion within their Hotel/ Leisure team. The successful Project Manager will be given the opportunity to work on projects across a range of sectors. Value of projects can range up to £2 million.

The company offers hybrid working and is based in Birmingham however, as they deliver projects Nationwide, you will be required to travel to various sites & a DL + car are essential.

THE CANDIDATE:

The successful Project Manager must:

Have a construction related degree
Have good communication and client facing skills
Have a willingness to work towards their APC and become Chartered
