Senior Estimator and Project Manager

Plymouth – with occasional travel

One of our clients, an Interior fit-out contractor, is looking to recruit a Senior Estimator & Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

The successful applicant will play a key leadership role responsible for accurately estimating project costs and managing all phases of interior construction projects from inception to completion.

Daily duties will include:

* Producing accurate and detailed quotations

* Project managing commercial and educational premises refurbishments

* Develop the project delivery processes, subcontractors, pricing and estimating procedures to deliver profitable projects

* Liaise with Sales Team

* Create work schedules and programmes for subcontractors to price from

* Create detailed costed quotations

Suitable candidates:

* Relevant and up to date qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Estimating or related field

* Proven track record estimating and project management within the commercial and/or educational sector

* Proficiency in construction estimating and project management tools such as MS project, Procore, FONN

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure

* Salary up to £60,000 for the right candidate

* £6,000 Car Allowance

* Profit share discretionary bonus scheme
