Bennett and Game have the pleasure of working with our client, a multidisciplinary consultancy with an international presence, on a vacancy for an Architect. This opportunity will be based at their London office (a 2-minute walk from Kings Cross Station), with the opportunity to work from home. Due to a surge in workload for this particular office, they are eager to bring some enthusiastic, hardworking Architects of various levels on board.

The successful Architect will join their close-knit team in London, collaborating with seven other employees on a range of projects in the Science, Education and Healthcare sectors.

Architect Position Remuneration

Competitive salary, ranging between £35,000 to £45,000
22 days, plus bank holidays (increasing on seniority) with the opportunity to buy more

Architect Position Overview

The use of Revit of a daily basis
Working as part of their fast paced team
Ability to produce high-quality drawings and designs for a variety of health science and education projects
Working across all RIBA stages
Working on a variety of Health Science projects, including both new builds and refurbishments
Running a project

Architect Position Requirements

Minimum of 1 year experience post Part 3
ARB/RIBA Registered
Hard working & motivated individual
A background working on either Science or Education projects is preferred
Proficiency with Revit
To not have solely residential experience
Carrying out site visits
Live in a commutable distance of Kings Cross Station
