Senior Apps Support Analyst - DV Cleared

Rate: £550 - £625 a day (Inside IR35)

Location: Hampshire (Full-time on-site)

Duration: 6 months initially

Clearance: DV Clearance required

You will join a global IT Consultancy working on a flagship MoD project.

You will:

Design and automate COTS software installations on RHEL and Windows OS.
Configure, maintain, and support ArcSight SIEM toolset (ESM, SmartConnectors, Logger, ArcMC).
Investigate and resolve issues with ArcSight SIEM toolset.
Create bespoke custom (Flex/Regx) Connectors.
Utilize PowerShell for scripting and automation.
Develop and maintain design, installation, and support documentation.

Your skills and experience:

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to interact at all organizational levels.
Experience with bespoke custom (Flex/Regx) Connectors.
Knowledge of Powershell
Proficiency in creating and maintaining technical documentation.
