Office Angels has a fabulous new role, A Customer Support Administrator is required for an industry leading organisation, You will provide support to all customers based in the UK.

Salary: £24,000 to £25,000

Hours: Monday to Friday

Benefits: 28 days annual leave including all BHs, company pension, health plan, cycle to work scheme, overtime and much more

Your main duties will be;

Dealing with enquiries relating to existing contract
Ensuring systems are kept up to date
Processing all purchase orders
Assisting with customer quires
General office duties To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following;

Good IT skills
Excellent phone manner
Excellent attention to detail
Good communication skills
