Rapidly growing successful engineering business require an ERP Administrator. A fully, 100% remote role applicants need experience of ERP administration/maintenance and familiarity with procurement or product data - BOMs, Item Cards etc. is advantageous.
The ERP Administrator will wok within the Supply Chain team populating and maintaining ERP data in regards to procurement, product and sales activities. This is a 100% remote, home-working role.
Specific duties of the ERP Administrator include:
Quote Request Processing: Accurately input and manage purchase quote requests to support timely procurement operations.
ERP Systems Maintenance: Generate and update item cards and BOMs within the ERP system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available company-wide.
Report Generation: Produce comprehensive purchase and sales reports based on predefined parameters to assist in decision-making and strategy planning.
Team Collaboration: Maintain daily communication with the procurement and sales teams to ensure alignment and address any data requirements or issues.
ERP Administrator applicants should meet the following criteria:
Previous experience with an ERP system
Experience of data management and data entry
Previous work with Item Cards, BOMs, Purchase Quote requests would be advantageous
Experience within a manufacturing or engineering business
Previous use of Oracle systems would be advantageous but not essential
Comfortable working in a Fully remote role, 100% of the time
